Rudy Warner enlisted in the Air Force at 17 to join the fight in World War II. Later he went on to lead a squadron in the Korean War, and ultimately became a test pilot. Rudy earned the right to be cocky and overbearing, but went out of he way to make you feel comfortable. This design makes the perfect club chair, and with its art deco flair, I like to picture a young Rudy sitting in a chair like this in Paris in the 40’s, cocktail in hand.
